2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400
In addition to the European debut of the DBS, Aston Martin will use Frankfurt to introduce the V8 Vantage N400 and DB9 LM special editions that pay homage to the exploits of the mark. The N400 (above) is a celebration of Aston Martin and the Nürburgring, and its nomenclature breaks down simply. “N” is – you guessed it – Nurburgring, where Aston Martin has questioned the V8 Vantage N24 in the endurance race held annually 24 hours on the track. This is also where the manufacturer puts road cars to the test of underdevelopment and where the N400 has recorded a time of under 8 minutes. The “400″ refers to the power of the car. His pumps 4.3 liters V8 produces 400 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque. The extra power (the standard car, 380 hp/302 lb-ft) is further enhanced by the standard Sports Pack, which adds a number of dynamic and visual enhancements for the car.
The DB9 LM commemorates the victory GT1 Aston Martin at the 24 Hours of Le Mans this year. Finished in Sarthe Silver, each court has the 6-speed Touchtronic transmission, a special black leather interior, numbered sill plates, accents Magnum Silver exterior, red brake calipers, unique wheels and DB9 Sports Pack as a team standard.

Two new Special Editions join the DBS in Frankfurt
Aston Martin is not only showing the DBS for the first time in Europe at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week, but will also showcase two new special editions – the Aston Martin DB9 LM and V8 Vantage N400. Both special editions draw inspiration from recent achievements of the company’s Le Mans race and N?rburgring 24 hours.

In addition, the Vantage N400 comes equipped with a range of general accessories such as Satellite Navigation, 700W Aston Martin Premium Audio System, Bluetooth telephone preparation, HID headlamps, cruise control and memory/heated seats.
The DB9 LM celebrates Aston Martin’s victory in GT1 Le Mans 24 hour endurance classic in June with the DBR9 – a race car derived from the DB9.
This special edition car, available as a coupe only with Touchtronic transmission, includes a unique Sarthe Silver exterior paint finish, meshes and rear crossbar finished in Magnum Silver and red brake calipers. Inside, the DB9 LM is fitted with handcrafted black leather finish, perforated leather inserts, unique instrument panel “trim and numbered sill plate Tertre Rouge’. The car is also equipped with the normally optional DB9 Sports Pack as standard , with color-keyed and diamond turned alloy wheels.
